6/16/07: TeamSNUG Debuts Startel-Off-Line
The Technical Committee is proud to introduce Startel Off-Line, a disaster preparedness program that allows your agents to have access to your client mastercards, phone numbers, instructions and message slips in the unlikely event that your Startel CMC server is off-line.
This is accomplished with a very simple importation of your client information from the Client Report in CMC into the Startel-Off-Line program.
Click here for an example of how the Startel-Off-Line looks to your agents. Agents can easily enter the client ID in the search box to immediately display the customer information. Special care was taken to make it look as close to the Agent Interface screen as possible.
"While the CMC is extremely stable, we realize acts of God such as power surges, Dell Server failure or Windows software problems are remote possibilities that occur in all businesses," states Larry Kinder, Technical Committee Chairperson, "Startel-Off-Line gives you piece of mind knowing you can still serve your clients when these things happen."
The cost is a mere $100 for SNUG members and can be ordered by clicking here.
Non-member pricing is $350 and can be ordered by clicking here.
